If you come in on Thursday we will offer you the opportunity to make only 14 to 15 bottles of wine. You'll still have the same fun as when you make a full batch and you'll get the same high quality wine as when you make a full batch. This is a great opportunity for customers trying to build up a variety of wines in their personal cellar. It's also an idea way for customers uncertain about the wine making process to get started at less initial cost.

Customers participating in "Half-Batch Wednesdays" must use new bottles and will not be able to customize the taste of their wine. Half-batches will only be offered on Wednesdays. Remember, you are welcomed to share any batch of wine you make with a friend.
