Black Raspberry Splash:  $8.50
The unmistakable flavor of black raspberries burst through in this semi-
sweet wine. Light in alcohol, about 7%, but not light in taste.

Peach Apricot Splash:  $8.50
Peaches and apricots dance on your tongue when you taste this wine.  
Designed to be served cool, it hits the spot at that summer gathering.  Just
throw the chicken on the grill and enjoy.

Kiwi Pear Splash:  $8.50
Crisp, refreshing and light.  Everything you would want while relaxing  on
the deck or down by the lake.  The kiwi and pear flavor  also makes this a
wine that likes to be paired with barbecued ribs.

Blackberry Splash
This  award wining wine is rich in black fruit character and enhanced even
further with the unmistakable zing of blackberry.  Refreshing.  An excellent
barbecue wine.

Wildberry Splash: $8.50
Similar to our other "Splash" wines this fruit forward favorite is refreshing
and a real treat for the palate.  This award winner dances with the taste of
wild field berries. Try it with grilled burgers.

Blueberry Splash: $8.50
New to our offering list, the tangy, sweetness of blueberries burst through.  
This wine is quickly becoming one of our most popular.  Great for sipping or
for serving with soft cheeses such as brie.

Exotic Fruit Splash: $8.50
Another award winning wine and it's natural fruit forward style makes it one
of our most popular.  Bursting with fresh berry and passionfruit flavors this
wine is truly a pleasure to drink
.  A wonderful choice when serving spicy
finger foods.

Strawberry Splash: $8.50
A sip of this wine is like a sip of summer itself. Ripe strawberries flavors
abound in this refreshing blush wine.  Try it by the pool or with some grilled
pork chops.

Green Apple Splash: $8.50
The zing of green apple accenting this wine makes it a wonderful choice on
a hot afternoon.  Clean, crisp and cool. An excellent wine to share with your
friends around the pool or by the lake.  You could also try it with grilled
seafood.

Mill Pond White:  $8.50
So many flavors and so little room.  This wine can even hold its own with
spicy foods.  Try it with grilled fish served with a mango salsa.

Firefly: $9.50
An easy drinking crowd pleaser.  Refreshing and a perfect choice with
seafood.

Dragonfly White: $9.75

A crisp, clean young wine brimming with the flavor of ripened fruit. Try it
alone or with grilled chicken.

Dogwood Blush:  $9.75
If you are looking for a great wine to share with your friends this is it.  Similar
in style to a White Zinfandel, this wine, while slightly sweet, leaves a hint of
plums and red berries on your palette.

Butterfly: $10.25
Smooth with notes of oak, vanilla and apple.  This award winning wine has
just enough acidity to allow it to be refreshing on the palate. An excellent
pairing for roasted chicken or turkey.

Semi-Red: $10.25
An area favorite, this off-dry red wine is quickly developing a loyal
following.  This easy-drinking wine has fresh berry flavors and just enough
sweetness.  Try it with pasta, grilled burgers or alone.

Dogwood Red:  $10.95
Similar to a light Merlot in style, this wine is a pleasure for sipping.  An
especially good wine for those wine lovers just beginning to enjoy dry
styled wines.

Dogwood White: $11.95
A charming blend that is amazingly refreshing.  It has an abundance of ripe
tropical fruit notes with a strong herbaceous overtone. This dry white is
topped off with a hint of oak.  Excellent with dishes made using fresh herbs.  
It's also great with asparagus.

Dockside White: $11.95
Similar in style to a Pinot Grigio, this popular dry white wine flies off the
rack.  It is arguably our best sipping wine.

House Special White: $11.95

Slightly off-dry and made in the style of German wines this is one of our
most distinctive wines.  With an almost exotic flavor and a hint of spiciness
this wine continues to grow in popularity.  An excellent choice for those
serving food with a bit of spice.

Luna Llena: $12.95
This fruit forward wine is similar to a Merlot.  With its easy drinking nature,
soft tannins and medium body, this dry red is sure to please.  Great for
sipping as well as for pairing with red meats or pastas.

Chateau Glace   $21.50

The first of our two sweet wines similar in style to an Ice Wine.  This white
wine's intense flavors and aromas of honey, citrus and peach make it
unforgettable.  With a long, smooth finish it is an excellent after dinner wine.  
Serve it alone or with a fruit based dessert.  Best served chilled.

Ice Cave Red: $21.50
Sweet and rich our second Ice Wine styled offering is a beautiful salmon
color with the aroma and flavor of honey, strawberries and cranberries
filling the glass and tempting the palate.  Elegant and smooth, try it with
your best chocolate treat.

Glossary
Refers to how light or heavy a
wine feels in the mouth. Full
body wines are often
accompanied by complex and
lasting flavors. Light  body
wines are thin or watery, but  
not necessarily inferior wines.
Body simply refers to a wines
overall nature.

Tannin
Structural components in wine
that effects color and, ageing
potential. Can cause  a drying
sensation in the mouth, similar
to that of a green banana.
Tannins are associated with
red wines and are created
when the yeast interacts with
the grape skins. Overly tannic  
wine will mellow with age.

Complex
Refers to wine having many
different flavors and facets.

Finish
Refers to how long the flavors
of a wine lasts in the mouth
after drinking.

Dry
Refers to wine in which all of
the available sugar has been
fermented into alcohol. Off-dry
refers to a wine that has a hint
of sweetness.

Crisp
A wine that is high in acidity
while  still maintaining
balanced flavors.  These wines
are usually quite refreshing on
the palate.

Balanced
A balanced wine is one in
which no one flavor stands out
too much.

Oak
Wine can have oak add during
fermentation or it can be aged
in oak.  Oak being used can
be American, French,
Hungarian, toasted or
un-toasted.  Most red and
some white wines come into
contact with oak. This contact
will develop flavors of spice,
vanilla and wood in the wine
as well as tannins.
