- Remember, our wines
not only have to be made
for your special day, 4-8
weeks, but most also
have to aged up to 6
months before they are
good to serve.

- Short on time. Fruit
wines are the exception
to the rule above. They
can be ready to serve to
your guests in 5 weeks
total.

- If you are using your
wine for toasting the
rule of thumb is one
bottle for every 4 guests.

- If possible offer your
guests a choice of a red
or a white wine.

- If your guest list is
made up of mainly
younger people, under
30, you might prefer to
serve a sweeter wine
for toasting.

-375 ml bottles make a
wonderful wedding
favor,especially when
they are labeled with
your personal wine label.

-Check with your
reception hall to make
sure they will allow you
to purchase the toasting
wine from an outside
source. Make sure they
know we are a fully,
licensed small winery.

-Specially labeled wines
are a nice touch at the
rehearsal dinner or at an
engagement party.

-Bottling wine makes a
different and fun
bachelorette party. The
best part is everybody
leaves with their own
specially labeled
remembrance.
